Integration of OMS and CSIP with eRAMS

The OMS and eRAMS teams in the CSU Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering have joined forces to create an integrated platform for building and deploying on-line applications for natural resource analysis involving complex model simulations scaled to accommodate heavy user and processing loads. OMS and CSIP has been developed by Dr. Olaf David and eRAMS by Dr. Mazdak Arabi and their teams.  OMS and CSIP provide a framework for building and deploying models as services on a cloud-based infrastructure-as-a-service platform, and eRAMS provides an on-line geospatial collaboration framework for building and deploying natural resource related applications quickly.  The integration is a natural fit as conservation agencies and organizations, and other customer segments trend towards model-assisted decision-making.
